About the Cover
Cultured guinea pig Müller cells express vimentin (red) and GFAP (green) immuno-reactivity (double label: yellow-orange). The cell nuclei were counterstained with Hoescht 33258 (blue). The picture was obtained by confocal laser scanning microscopy with Zeiss LSM 510 and was contributed by Bernd Biedermann and Jens Grosche, University of Leipzig, IZKF.
