About the Cover
Cover: Quantification of extracellular matrix components in the conjunctival stroma. According to the different intensity of gray values, the three components - collagen fibers, amorphous material, and optically clear spaces - were coded by the colors red, gold, and white. The area occupied by each color was measured by the computer and data were provided giving the percentage of each area in relation to the whole field measured.
