Cover: Autofluorescence (AF) image of the right eye of a 23-year-old man with Stargardt disease caused by mutations in the ABCA4 gene. The intensity of the AF obtained with 488 nm excitation is mapped to a pseudocolor scale where purples and blues represent lower values, greens and yellows intermediate values, and reds higher values. There is abnormally increased autofluorescence across the macula with abnormal local heterogeneity near the fovea and a relatively normal appearing region encircling the optic nerve. See Cideciyan et al. on page 4739 of this issue.
