Cover: Scanning laser polarimetry retardance map from a healthy eye assigned a 0.1% probability of glaucoma by relevance vector machine (RVM) analysis. Brighter colors represent greater retardation associated with thicker retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL). The RNFL thickness pattern shown is typical of those assigned a low probability of glaucoma by RVM analysis. See Bowd et al. on page 1322 of this issue.
