About the Cover
Cover: Confocal laser image of a lens section double-labeled with xCT antibodies (green) and the membrane marker WGA (red) revealed the xCT exchanger to be differentially distributed throughout the whole lens. In peripheral fiber cells, xCT labeling was predominately cytoplasmic, although punctate labeling of the membrane was also observed. For more, see Lim et al. on page 2869 of this issue.
