Cover: Three-dimensional reconstructed image of DAPI-stained (blue) corneal whole-mount from an EGFP chimeric mouse 24 hours after intrastromal injection of AlexaFluor 594—conjugated LPS (red) as viewed from the top. The photo demonstrates the corneal epithelial cells (blue) and the migration pattern and distribution of EGFP-positive cells (green) through the corneal stroma toward the deposit of LPS (red) in response to the chemoattractant MIP-2.
