Cover: Double immunofluorescence confocal scan of TGF-{beta}–stimulated human tenon fibroblasts showing actin fibers stained with TRITC-phalloidin in red and smooth muscle actin distribution stained with Alexa488 in green–yellow appears where actin and smooth muscle actin (SMA) colocalize. The image demonstrates TGF-{beta}–induced recruitment of SMA to actin stress fibers, a key step in the conversion of fibroblasts to myofibroblasts.
