Cover: Immunofluorescent labeling of rat lacrimal gland ducts. The intermediate conductance Ca-activated potassium channel, IKCal (red), is expressed on the apical membranes of the duct epithelium, while the muscarinic M3 receptor (green) is localized to the basolateral membranes.
