Cover: Phalloidin staining of actin cytoskeleton of human fetal RPE primary cell culture treated with inflammatory cytokine cocktail (ICM) for 48 hours. Superimposed image of phalloidin (green), ZO-1 (red), and DAPI (blue) are shown. After incubation with ICM, F-actin diffuses into the cytoplasm; dense peripheral bands are rare. ZO-1 labeling shows disorganization similar to F-actin and is found diffused throughout the cytoplasm. Please see Li et al. on page 5722 of this issue.
